SCOPE OF WORK 1. Purpose of RFP: The Laredo Independent School District seeks to engage professional welding services from a contractor with demonstrated experience in general sheet metal fabrication, welding, fencing and masonry services. The welding repair and fabrication services shall include: installation of, alteration to, repair of, relocation of, replacement of, assembly of, addition to, use or maintenance of any metal structures. These services requested include site repairs at campuses, departments and district facilities. The District is seeking to contract with qualified proposers with expertise in these fields of fencing and masonry services to fill temporary work load needs for a wide range of job projects. WRITTEN QUESTIONS DUE DATE July 26, 2023 (Wednesday) at 12:00 noon Central Standard Time The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received, waive any or all irregularities, choose the most advantageous price, discount and warranty for each service, and to award a contract only upon availability of funding.
