Remodeling of a hospitality development in Laredo, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a hospitality development.
1) Removal of existing floor tile and replace it with tile similar to the ones inside the building 2) Remove of existing wall tile and keep the wall with regular sheet rock and painted 3) Removal of existing toilet and replacement of new toilet 4) Removal of existing fixtures/accessories (rails, toilet paper holder, sink, mirror, light, etc.) and replacing them with new fixtures/bathroom accessories 5) To re-surface and paint ceiling with similar color. The City of Laredo has established a local vendor preference ordinance 2018-O-175. All informal and formal Requests for bids for contracts will be evaluated with a 5% preference for local vendors.
