This solicitation will initially be for a 12-month contract, and it may be extended twice in one (1) year increments by mutual agreement of both parties for a maximum possible total of 36 months. There shall be no upward price changes for the first year. Upward price changes for subsequent option years may be negotiated, however upward price changes may be cause for the District not to exercise a renewal option. Please note, justification for increase must be submitted with renewal. 1. Identify loose anchor bolt nuts 2. Identify any defects in the pole foundation, concrete and/or supporting structures 3. Identify any internal and external corrosion 4. Improper field modifications 5. Identify any weld failures on the base plate, pole seams and access openings 6. Identify any improper drainage of any moisture buildup on the interior of the pole 7. Submit assessment report and photograph of any findings of a defective area to the Director of Facilities, Maintenance and Operations. 8. Submit repair recommendations for any defects to the Director of Facilities, Maintenance and Operations. Question Deadline 06/28/2023 at 2:00 PM CT Bid Cancelled
