Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ogden, Utah. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
sealed proposals from qualified architectural firms, landscape architects, parks and athletic facility planners or teams (Consultant) to prepare a master plan including conceptual design and cost estimate for an approximately 26.7-acre parcel that includes Romrell Park, 4th Street Ballpark, Pit and newly purchased former Lynn School property in Ogden Utah. The master plan will include expanding the existing ball fields for high school play and adding 2 new ball fields including, but not limited to, baseball and softball and 7 soccer/multi-use fields. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal as it best serves its convenience and/or is found to be in the best interest of the City.
