Site work and renovation of a residential development in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development; and for the renovation of a residential development.
Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as specified in the Instructions to Bidders section of the Bid Document. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% are required. Also, a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% is required. 6. Bidders may obtain electronic copies of drawings and specifications of this project, at no cost. Scope of Work The work includes, but is not limited to, selective stone and brick repointing; resetting of wall coping stones; carpentry and wood repairs; painting, including lead paint remediation; and sealant replacement. Construction is anticipated to begin Fall 2023. Detailed specifications developed by the Pennoni Associates, Inc. Questions regarding the project scope shall be submitted via the last day for receipt of written questions is end of business day of June 27, 2023, 5:00 PM The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof or to waive any informality or irregularity as deemed to the best interest of the Township.
