As of January 31, 2022 an architect has been selected. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference Estimated budget $600,000 to $800,000 Any inquiries or questions must be directed in writing via e-mail to: Emily Crane at ecrane@lowermerion.org. Deadline for submitting questions is: 1:00 PM on Thursday, October 14, 2021. Responses to general questions will be circulated to recipients of the RFP. Proposals are due by 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 4, 2021. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or parts thereof to waive any informality or irregularity as deemed to be in the best interest of the Township of Lower Merion. The Township of Lower Merion reserves the right to retain all proposals submitted and to use any ideas in a proposal regardless of whether that proposal is selected. Submission of a proposal indicates acceptance by the firm of the conditions contained in the request for proposal. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
