The Township of Lower Merion is seeking proposals from qualified architectural historic firms to perform an Exterior Envelope Conditions Assessment for historic Harriton House and associated structures. The project will include as assessment of current conditions and a strategic plan to maintain, restore, and improve the buildings for continued use. Owner Rights: The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or parts thereof to waive any informality or irregularity as deemed to be in the best interest of the Township of Lower Merion. The Township of Lower Merion reserves the right to retain all proposals submitted and to use any ideas in a proposal regardless of whether that proposal is selected. Submission of a proposal indicates acceptance by the firm of the conditions
