Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision, and plant to construct Saint Tropez Lift Station No. 1 including but not limited to, mobilization, bonds and insurance; construction of an eight-foot (12') diameter cast-in-place concrete wet well including 100% solids epoxy coating, complete with three (3) submersible pumps, riser piping, valves, and coatings; fence and gates; site work; concrete pavement; on-site sanitary sewer piping; on-site storm piping; grate inlet; well pointing and dewatering as necessary; manhole; on-site force main; water line and RPZ backflow preventer with enclosure; electrical, grading, automatic transfer switch; load bank testing; lift station control panel; diesel generator; electrical service; lighting; disconnect switches; conduit; wire; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning facility. Final Completion shall be achieved within 30 calendar days from the date of Substantial Completion. In ample time to permit consideration before reply, submit questions about bidding instruments to the Engineer. All questions shall be submitted at www.civcastusa.com through the question and answer section. Questions will not be considered after 3:00 p.m., three (3) calendar days prior to bidding.
