The scope of the work includes all equipment, labor and specified materials per Exhibit B: Plan and Specifications. Requests for information are due by 5pm PDT, Monday June 19th, 2023. All questions received Electronically by Thursday June 22nd, 2023. Contractors wishing to attend the bid tour must submit a Letter of Intent to CSLRCD no later than 5:00 PM on Friday June 9th, 2023 to hrichard@coastalrcd.org A contract shall be executed no later than Friday July 7th, 2023. The successful bidder shall provide the required insurance and bonding information by this date. The deadline for completion of all creek-adjacent activities is Tuesday October 31st, 2023, although this deadline may be extended at the discretion of the CSLRCD if weather conditions allow. All project tasks shall be completed by Friday December 29th, 2023. Initiation of construction activities is contingent upon securing all regulatory permits and approvals. While it is unlikely, it is possible that unforeseen regulatory delays would postpone this construction. In that case, CSLRCD and Contractor shall negotiate a revised price and schedule THESE DRAWINGS PROVIDE 100% LEVEL DESIGN DETAILS FOR THE REMEDIATION OF LITTLE OSO FLACO CREEK TO REMOVE CONTAMINATED SEDIMENT AND ENCROACHING VEGETATION AND INSTALL FEATURES TO AMELIORATE FUTURE DEPOSITION. LITTLE OSO FLACO CREEK IS LOCATED OFF OF OSO FLACO LAKE ROAD IN SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY, CA. WORK SHALL CONSIST OF MAJOR GRADING FOR THE REMOVAL OF CONTAMINATED SEDIMENT FROM THE CREEK AND BMP INSTALLATION. SEDIMENT REMOVED FROM CREEK WILL BE PLACED WITHIN SEDIMENT DISPOSAL AREA PERMANENTLY. NO FUTURE STRUCTURES ARE INTENDED FOR THE PAD CREATED WITHIN THE SEDIMENT DISPOSAL AREA. NO NEW UTILITIES ARE PROPOSED.
