Renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Easton, Maryland. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Project consists of new construction of a steel and masonry addition to the existing garage building, along with renovations and modifications to the existing portion of the building. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the work described and indicated in the Contract Documents. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Easton Utilities, 201 N.
