**As of January 19, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on March 19, 2024.** Project includes construction of sidewalks, curb ramps, bioswale, as well as installation of two new enhanced pedestrian crosswalks. The first enhanced crosswalk will be on Rancho Conejo Boulevard at Corporate Center Drive, featuring an electronic Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) warning system to alert approaching traffic of pedestrian activity. The second enhanced crosswalk will also include RRFB and will be added on Lawrence Drive approximately 450 feet north of Hillcrest Drive due to the frequent midblock pedestrian crossing between buildings. The Project is located at: 1) Hillcrest Dr. from Mitchell to approx. 1000' west of Lawrence Dr.. 2) Lawrence Dr. approx. 700' north of Hillcrest Dr., 3) Teller Rd. from Lawrence Dr. to Marion, 4) Corporate Center Dr. approx..450' west of Rancho Conejo Blvd. Estimate Amount - $3,069,765.00 Question Deadline 12/11/2023 at 5:00 PM
