Site work for a transportation facility in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
The intent of the contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the work described. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract. Construction Time: 180 Calendar Days / Liquidated Damages: $1,000 per Calendar Day The Contractor and all Sub-Contractors shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, religion, color, sex, or national origin. The Contractor shall take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed and that employees are treated during employment without regard to their race, religion, color, sex, or national origin. Submit questions 72 hours prior to bid opening through civcast in the Q&A portal. Addenda will be posted at civcast. You will be notified automatically of addenda through email if you download plans and specifications via civcast.
