Dahlmann Ave, Ditch Linear grading on West side of Pond Lily & South side of Tofson, 50 LF cross culver @ W. Dahlmann (12" CSP) and two 30 LF driveway culvers on the south side of Tofson (12"), import and placement of borrow material, import and placement of aggregate surface courses.
