As of July 19 ,2023 the project was awarded to SealCon, no awarded amount available . San Miguel is seeking bids on the following asphalt paving projects: San Miguel Sheriff’s Office Norwood Annex, 1110 Summit St, Norwood, Colorado, 81423|south alley San Miguel County Glockson Building 1120 Summit St., Norwood, Colorado, 81423|south alley All work must be completed by October 30th, 2023. Asphalt paving payment will be made in square feet (units) upon completion of the work and after inspection and acceptance by the County. All work shall be subject to a minimum one (1) year warranty. Bidder must also meet the County’s insurance requirements prior to contract award. Send questions and bids via email to: Jennifer Dinsmore, jenniferd@sanmiguelsheriff.org, Sheriff’s Office Chief Administrative Officer. Deadline for questions is 3:00pm, Tuesday June 13, 2023. Project contracts will require San Miguel County Board of County Commissioner approval. The successful contractor will be notified once the bid is accepted and awarded. The County has the right to reject any and all bids.
