2025 Janitorial & Cleaning Services Scope of work: Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, the following: A. San Miguel County Fairgrounds: Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, professional janitorial/cleaning services based upon need and the use schedule of the San Miguel County Fairgrounds and individual service locations. Service needs are determined by scheduled events and seasonal uses at the facility. See "Exhibit A" for a comprehensive listing of the scope of work for the individual service locations. The County shall procure hygiene/cleaning supplies as determined by contractor and Fairgrounds Coordinator. Extra services may be required dependent upon the event schedule, to include the San Miguel Basin Fair & Rodeo in July of each year. San Miguel County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Award of bid shall be based on price, experience, references and ability to perform the work as determined by San Miguel County.
