Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Norwood, Colorado. Working plans call for the construction of a 70,000-square-foot, two-story above grade, 17-acre educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
As of February 18, 2026, a construction manager/general contractor has been selected, and design development is currently underway. Subcontractor bidding is expected to begin in late April or early May 2026. Construction is scheduled to start in June 2026, with an anticipated duration of 16 months. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Norwood School District (Owner) would hereby invite interested firms and/or individuals (Professional Service Providers) to submit a response to this Request for Proposal (RFQ/P) for professional services in support of the Norwood PK-12 Replacement School Project located in Norwood, Colorado.
