No definite date for the rebid.** Median Enhancements On Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road The City of Suwanee ("City") is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and competitive sealed Request for Bids (RFB) from qualified firm(s) for MEDIAN ENHANCEMENTS ON LAWRENCEVILLE-SUWANEE ROAD. SOQ and bid envelopes must be marked on the outside with: City of Suwanee, Bid Number, Name of Bidding Company or Firm, Date and Contractor's License Number. A 5% bid bond is required as part of the bid submittal (Note: A certified cashier's check equal to 5% of the bid to be held as retainage will also be accepted.) Work required under the Contract is for median enhancements1 and generally includes: median pavement repair, grading, installation of landscaping beds, asphalt and road repair, hardscaping installation, installation of branding elements, and traffic control planning on the section of Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road, from Satellite Boulevard to Old Peachtree Road in Suwanee, Ga 30024.
