In general, the SOW includes demolition of the existing east and west entrance stairs and ramps, and replacement in both locations with new concrete stairs and ramps, and installation of new combination handrail/guardrails. Contractor shall provide materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and inspection necessary to successfully accomplish the Scope-of-Work (SOW) as described/depicted on the contract drawings and specifications outlined in section A-2, paragraph 1 of the Div1. Note: The Contractor is only authorized to work on one set of stairs at a time. Work must be completed on one set and access restored before work which disrupts the second set of stairs can be initiated.
