Public notice is hereby given that bids will be received for the City of Richlands Clubhouse Lane Phase 2 Project by the City of Richland Purchasing Division until the date and time specified above, at which time bids will be opened and read publicly. This project includes the construction of approximately 0.20 miles of roadway. The work involves roadway excavation, crushed surfacing top and base course, HMA 1/2 inch, installation waterline, sewer line, electrical conduit, broadband conduit, and illumination system. The City of Richland, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. Small, Minority and Women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bid. This project shall be physically completed within *** 65 *** working days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
