Renovation of a medical facility in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
SJHH is looking for a qualified and experienced mechanical contractor for the installation of fire/ smoke dampers to replace the existing non-functional dampers. The non-functional dampers are located in the Juravinski Tower at the Charlton campus. The work is to be completed by Fall 2023. SJHH will supply the 18 fire/smoke dampers that will be used to replace the existing dampers as indicated in the damper schedule detailed in Appendix A - Mechanical Drawings. In general, the scope of work is the installation of new smoke/ fire dampers including re-insulation of ducting and the removal of the existing non-functional dampers. The Successful Bidder will carry out installation services as directed by the SJHH Building Services Manager or delegate. Award is subject to final approval.
