Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Tuskegee Institute, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project includes construction of approximately 1960 LF of 10 PVC and DI sanitary sewer main and ten new manholes, connecting to the existing 18 trunk sewer manhole in the Tuskegee Industrial Park located off Highway 81 south of I-85 Exit 38, to the site of a proposed private industrial development; and new water service connections including a new 4-inch valve, a four-inch Sensus water meter and vault, a new four-inch double check backflow preventer and vault, a new 8-inch valve, a 8-inch double check back flow preventer and vault with outside bypass and tattletale meter, and abandonment of an existing 12 DI water main. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. (danny.holmberg@krebseng.com), and to be given consideration must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids
