Tree Maintenance & Service Contract The term of this contract is for a 2-year period with an option for a third. Contracts will be awarded to the responsible proposers who submits the best qualifications & availability. The successful proposers shall anticipate a Notice of Award within 30-days after the proposals have been reviewed and a Notice of to Proceed shall be issued shortly thereafter. The City of Wilkes-Barre reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to request additional information from all proposers, when doing so is in the best interest of the project.
