Site work for a mixed-use development in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
The Project consists of upgrades and improvements to the City Golf Course Infrastructure. Bid Security, in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond. The City of Wilkes-Barre reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof, and to waive informalities in the bidding. In addition to Equal Employment requirements of Executive Order 11246, as amended, the contractor must also establish a 6.9% goal for female participation and a 0.6% goal for minority participation in his aggregate on-site construction work force, for contracts in excess of $10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Dollars) whether or not part of that work force is performing work on a federal or federally assisted construction
