Luzerne County is seeking proposal from qualified vendor for Flood Repairs for Market Street. Bids will be received online via Penn Bid Program for the County of Luzerne until (prevailing time). Questions must be submitted, via PennBid by 5:00 PM on Thursday, September 14, 2023. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the County of Luzerne, negotiable US Government Bonds (at par value), or satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable surety in the amount of 10% of the Total Bid of construction shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
