Project scope consists of but is not limited to Site Demolition, SWPPP, Concrete, Masonry, Waterproofing, Signage, Structural Steel, Decorative McNichols Paneling, Site Furnishings, Earthwork, Landscape & Irrigation, Fencing, Wood Fencing, Pipe Traffic Control Gate, and Utilities. Alternates include: Alternate 1: Alternates restroom building and associated untilities. Alternate 2: Enhanced plaza paving Alternate 3: Pivot structure The intent of this contract is to provide the City of Allen with the services required to construct The Moslen Farm. CT SCOPE OF WORK The bidders shall refer to Attachment A -Drawings Moslen Farm Phase and Attachment B - PM Molsen Farm Phase to identify the locations of certain project elements. Scope includes Landscape architectural, architectural, civil engineering and other site improvements associated with providing the scope as identified within the plans and specifications for the Molsen Farm trailhead.
