The Maryland Department of General Services (DGS or the "Department") is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to obtain professional services to provide Inspection & Testing Services (CITS) for Multiple Construction Projects. The Contractor shall include services of preparation of: 1. Studies, evaluations, and reports. 2. Construction phase testing services These services may include any and/or all of the following: Materials testing services in the field, laboratory, or fabricator's shop. Field inspection and engineering services. Resident inspection. Construction management. A/E services related to construction problems or material investigations. Services may also include review of contract drawings and specifications or shop drawings; or field and laboratory materials testing and inspection. All Contractors/Consultants shall comply with DGS Procedure Manual for Professional Services 2022.
