The selected contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond including Labor and Materials, in amount at least equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price as stipulated in Section 00700, GENERAL CONDITIONS of these specifications SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and other facilities, necessary to complete the work contemplated by this Contract as required by and in strict accordance with the plans, specifications, and addenda and/or required by and in strict accordance with such changes as ordered and approved pursuant to this Contract and the Contractor shall perform all other obligations imposed on him/her by this Contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for materials delivered and work performed until completion and final acceptance. Upon completion of the Contract, the work shall be delivered complete and undamaged
