Renovation of a municipal facility in Jamestown, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Questions related to this solicitation may be submitted to procurement@ritba.org no later than 10:00AM EDT, June 8, 2023. Direct contact with RITBA staff or Board of Directors is strictly prohibited unless submitted in writing to procurement@ritba.org. RITBA may issue an addendum by end of day EDT, June 9, 2023, to respond to any relevant questions raised by potential bidders and for any other purposes deemed necessary by RITBA. This addendum will be posted to https://www.ritba.org and https://www.purchasing.ri.gov Request for a price quote to: Remove and replace all batteries in an Eaton UPS model number 9355-20-30. Batteries must be equivalent type to manufactures original. Upgrade the discontinued trays (P/N: P-103000933, revision 5) to upgrade kit P106000220 which includes two row battery assembly and two harness adapters. The contractor must dispose of all battery waste and any other waste created by the project. The Contractor must posses any required licenses to complete the project. All work must include a minimum one (1) warranty on parts and labor. RITBA does not pay travel time.
