A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Colorado School of Mines is seeking A/E firms for the design of the Edgar Mine Dry Building. The Dry Building will replace the existing, outdated facility. The program includes locker rooms, restrooms, offices, and a conference room. The building is envisioned to be a cost-efficient pre-engineered metal building (PEMB), designed to reflect its use as a mine facility while also representing the Colorado School of Mines. Estimated construction cost is $855,000. The program and budget will be confirmed through the design effort.
