Site work for a water / sewer project in Bayfield, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of August 25, 2023, project was awarded to TRC Construction, Inc.,awarded amount is $$164,613.50.** The project generally consists of the installation of 180 linear feet of gravity sanitary sewer main. Relevant characteristics of the work include but are not limited to the following: Wastewater bypass pumping, Groundwater dewatering of excavations, Asphalt paving removal and re-paving, Sewer manhole removal and installation, and Re-use of existing sewer manholes (connection of new pipe to existing manhole). Work will be performed within Town of Bayfield easements or Right-of-Ways and all required permits shall be obtained by the contractor A Bid Bond, in the amount of 5% will be required and must accompany the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required upon contract award All technical questions relative to this project prior to the opening of bids shall be directed in writing to Catherine Carella (catherinec@sgm-inc.com). All clarifications or questions shall be submitted by June 19, 2023.
