**As of March 22, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project generally consists of the following: Removal and replacement of full depth asphalt pavement, milling, asphalt overlay, and other incidental work associated with road rehabilitation on various roads in the Town of Bayfield. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will only be accepted from qualified general contractors that have demonstrated experience in construction projects of this type. A Bid Bond, in the amount of 5% will be required and must accompany the bid. All technical questions relative to this project prior to the opening of bids shall be directed in writing to Catherine Carella, SGM, 555 Rivergate Lane Suite B4-82, Durango, CO 81301 (catherinec@sgm-inc.com). Bidders may request electronic copies of the Bid Documents from SGM by emailing Brigitte Holiday (brigitteh@sgm-inc.com). The email subject line shall read: Request for Electronic Bid Documents n Bayfield 2024 Tamarack Road Reconstruction. The email shall contain the following information: Contact Name, Company Name, and Phone Number.
