Set Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5) Magnitude: Less than $20,000 Location: 367 S Pearl St, Bayfield, CO 81122 Period of Performance: The work is anticipated to commence 30 days after receiving the Notice to Proceed (NTP) sometime in late 2024 or early 2025. The work is expected to be completed within 60 days after the work is started. Site Visit: Not mandatory but encouraged, government escort will not be present. Contractor Questions Due No Later Than: 08/30/202412:00 PM PDT. Use document titled "Contractor Questions and Answers Template" to write down your questions and send it to elizabeth.ratcliffusda.gov before 08/30/202412:00 PM PDT.
