The station includes residential living quarters, and a four- bay pull through apparatus bay with support spaces. The living quarters consist of 8 bedrooms, single user bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room and day room, a fitness room and offices. The health clinic consists of ambulance bay, x-ray, lab, critical care and exam rooms with support spaces. The building will be designed as a 50-75-year essential services building. The Project generally includes: site development, new utilities, construction of the new fire station and site improvements including but not limited to asphalt, concrete curb and gutter, retaining walls, landscape and irrigation. The entire project shall achieve Substantial Completion and be operational on or before August 15, 2027 (anticipating 18-month construction schedule). Owner has established a construction budget of approximately $18 million.
