Cured-In-Place Pipe lining sections of 8-Inch sewer pipe and the rehabilitation of designated manholes with cementitious material in the Town of Bayfield. The contractor will be responsible for all stages of work including traffic control and sewer bypassing 2026 CIPP Lining and Manhole Rehabilitation Project The Town of Bayfield (Town) is requesting bids from qualified contractors to furnish and install Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining in designated sections of gravity sanitary sewer main and laterals and the rehabilitation of designated manholes with cementitious material. Work to be done under this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental items and performing all operations necessary to complete the sanitary sewer rehabilitation work in accordance with the project documents. Construction will commence at the earliest possible date after contract award and project materials are acquired. Construction is anticipated to commence in February 2026. The Contractor shall diligently pursue the work to substantial completion by or before April 1, 2026. Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Town of Bayfield in an amount of (5%) five percent of Bidder's total Bid price. Performance and payment bonds (100% of total bid price) and insurance certificates are required after a Notice of Award has been issued. Costs for additional coverage and bonds must be included in the Bidder's proposal cost.
