Reference Number 0000344568 Job Location 112-120 Cinnamon Drive, Bayfield, CO 81122 The Town of Bayfield is requesting responses to their RFQ from experienced and financially capable townhome developers interested in partnering with the Town on a 30-unit deed-restricted housing project. The developer partner will be expected to handle all aspects of the development process including site work, installing infrastructure, financing and constructing and selling the townhome units. The Town partner will provide infrastructure support through grant funding, will assist with grant management and reporting, will waive building permit fees, and will provide assistance in identifying resources for the development of the project. However, the Town will be reimbursed for the purchase of the property, and the timing of this will be coordinated with the developer.
