Site work for a water / sewer project in Henrico, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work consists of providing approximately 2,540 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main, including installing three fire hydrants and twenty-five new water meter assemblies and water service lines, interconnections, associated appurtenances, and all associated clearing and grubbing, erosion control and surface restoration. The Project Location is located at Colfax Road and Bourne Road in Henrico County, Virginia. Normal working hours shall be Monday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. Normal working hours within the County roadway shall be Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. 4:00 p.m. Work after normal working hours and may be scheduled only with the Countys approval. Work included in this contract shall be Substantially Complete within 120 calendar days from the date the Contract Time commences, and it shall be complete and ready for final payment within 150 calendar days from the date the Contract Time commences.
