1939 Market St. will be a new fifteen story concrete cast in place no basement, Type I residential apartment high rise. The development will comprise of 187 affordable residential units with community spaces for residential use, ground floor retail, property management, and service offices. Trades for Bid: Demolition 20% SBE Participation Goal Local Hire - applies to all projects on City ground lease or City owned property 30% participation of hours per trade by local residents ; 50% of the project hours performed by apprentices, within each trade, shall be performed by local residents. These are not goals, but requirements.
