Site work for a municipal facility in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
We seek persons and firms to bid as subcontractors on the following project for the described scope of work on the "Parcel A" construction project. (1) Parcel A project is a 320,000 SF life science building. 6 stories with 1 Level of Subterranean parking. Located at Pier 70. (2) The general contractor is Truebeck Construction. (3) The scope of the subcontract is to provide the turnkey doors, frames, and hardware package for the project. LBE Goal: 17% (small and micro LBEs) or greater, per Workforce Development Plan. MBE/WBE/VBE 10% participation goal per Developer's Diversity Program.
