Renovation of a medical facility in San Francisco, California. Design plans call for the renovation of a 17,000-square-foot medical facility.
This project involves the relocation of Specialty Clinic Services from Building 80/90 to Wards 4B and 4H in Building 5. There is also a desire from clinical leadership to consolidate some of the other specialized services currently residing in different areas within Building 5 to Ward 4D. If ZSFG Leadership proceeds with the entire specialty services relocation/consolidation scope, the area of impact will be approximate 17,000 GSF of interior renovation featuring centralized patient arrival, minimized patient travel within clinics, and enhanced communication and signaling amongst patient care providers. The clinical services delivery model and spatial allocation is very similar to the Family Health Center project. Pankow Builders will also be accepting pre-qualification RFQs from interested subcontractors in order to be added to the bidding pool and be eligible to submit trade package bids for future bids. The ongoing pre-qualification RFQ process will end September 2025. A firm construction timeline has not been announced. *This project is one of 8 separate components.
