Eastern Kentucky University is seeking bids from qualified firms for improvements to our Burrier building. This invitation is for exterior repairs to the Burrier building as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond, KY Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete project including all items as indicated throughout the attached specifications. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. Eastern Kentucky University reserves the right to award in part or in whole and to award multiple suppliers/contracts if in the best interest of the university. Question Deadline 06/23/2023 2:00 PM EDT- Submit via the Q&A board within this electronic solicitation event. Answers will be addressed via Addendum that will be uploaded under the "Buyer Attachments" tab of this event. Liquidated Damages: - $550 until SubstantialCompletion - $450 until FinalCompletion Bid bonds and payment and performance bonds are required.
