Renovation of a mixed-use development in Santa Ysabel, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The intent of this contract includes, but is not limited to, furnishing of labor, equipment, transportation, supplies, and materials to replace the roof and facia boards on the Henshaw Station Residence building (Barracks #1003). The roof is currently made up of asphalt shingles and will be replaced with similar shingles. Staging will be on the paved parking lot. Ladders will be used on the lawn on the north side of the building. Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, equipment, documentation, communication, notifications, and transportation as required to furnish and install the improvements described herein, as shown on the Project Plans, and as otherwise required by the Contract. All demolition, disposal, construction, and improvements described herein, and as shown on the attachment, are the responsibility of the Contractor. 127EAW23R0031 - Henshaw Fire Station Residence Reroof Cleveland National Forest FAR 32.204 Disclosure of Magnitude of the Construction Project: Between $25,000 and $100,000 Set Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside IMPORTANT NOTES: See Section L, Paragraph L.2 for the Documents to Submit with Your Proposal. All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist, Tanya Torres, on the attached RFI form not later than 1300 hours PST, June 12th,2023. A FS organized pre-proposal site visit will be NOT be held. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
