Renovation of a mixed-use development in Santa Ysabel, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The intent of this contract includes, but is not limited to, furnishing of labor, equipment, transportation, supplies, and materials to replace the roof and facia boards on the Henshaw Station Residence building (Barracks #1003). The roof is currently made up of asphalt shingles and will be replaced with similar shingles. Staging will be on the paved parking lot. Ladders will be used on the lawn on the north side of the building. Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, equipment, documentation, communication, notifications, and transportation as required to furnish and install the improvements described herein, as shown on the Project Plans, and as otherwise required by the Contract.
