furnishing all labor and materials to rehabilitate the exterior of the following single-family dwellings: 3013 Elgin Street 2434 Court Street 2625 Arline Street 714 S. 30th Street 2923 Elgin Street The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder for each single-family dwellings listed above. The City has the right to choose all or parts of the scope line items on each property, adding up to a MAX of $25,000 per property. No bid may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Contractor will be required to maintain worker's compensation and commercial general liability insurance during the term of the contract. Any bidder (Contractor) seeking to bid on a project for the City of Muskogee Housing Rehabilitation Program must be issued a Certificate of Competency by the Contractors Pre-Qualification Board as established by City Code 2-548. Application for a Certificate of Competency related to this program shall be made by submission of a Housing Rehabilitation Contractor Application.
