The City has the right to choose all or parts of the scope line items on each property, adding up to a MAX of $25,000 per property. No bid may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Contractor will be required to maintain worker's compensation and commercial general liability insurance during the term of the contract. Any bidder (Contractor) seeking to bid on a project for the City of Muskogee Housing Rehabilitation Program must be issued a Certificate of Competency by the Contractors Pre-Qualification Board as established by City Code 2-548. Application for a Certificate of Competency related to this program shall be made by submission of a Housing Rehabilitation Contractor Application. The City of Muskogee reserves the right to accept a Bid other than the lowest Bid, with justification, as provided by the City's purchasing policy.
