Project Description: The Project includes the construction of buildings and associated site work for a new Parks Maintenance Complex at the corner of Melton Road and River Road. The new buildings include a 15,778 s.f. Administrative Building, a 7,681 s.f. Vehicle Shed, a 1,535 s.f. Potting Shed, a 960 s.f. Cold Frame and coordination of the construction of a 2,860 s.f. Greenhouse (all s.f. areas are approximate). The City of Wilmington Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids.If the bidder fails to achieve the contract goal stated herein, it is required to provide documentation demonstrating that it made a good faith effort in attempting to meet the established goals. A bid which fails to meet these requirements will be considered non-responsive and will be rejected. 14%MBE/WBE/HUB/DBE
