The Sacramento Regional Sanitation District operates the Sacramento Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (SRWTP) in Elk Grove, CA. The newly constructed Tertiary Treatment Facility constructed a reclaimed water pump station that supplies treated water for reuse throughout the Treatment Plant. The air relief valves (ARV) installed on the pump station discharge piping were installed without a place to drain. The project will install piping to route the ARV discharge to drain back into the process flow. ENGINEERS ESTIMATE: $ 3,000,000 The work to be completed in RFB #8449 includes all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to construct ARV drain piping as shown in the RFB documents. The following documents are part of this contract: Volume 1 of 2 o Part A - Technical Specifications Volume 2 of 2 o Part B - Drawings Such other items, details, or contracting requirements not mentioned above that are required by the plans or these specifications shall be performed, placed, constructed, or installed in accordance with the latest version of the Sacramento County Standard Construction Specifications (SCS). ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $50,000 Bid bond/deposit not less than ten (10) percent of the aggregate total bid is required to be submitted with the sealed bid. Successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and Payment Bond per Appendix E and Appendix D respectively. Regional San reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularity in bids received.
