Site work and paving for a civil project in Salem, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This proposal is to assist the City with the installation, replacement, and repairs to the traffic signal equipment for a period of three (3) years, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods upon mutual agreement on costs, if an increase is necessary at the end of each year. The City may terminate the contract, in whole or in part, without cause upon giving a thirty (30) days written notice to the vendor. All questions must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 The City reserves the right to cancel this RFP and/or reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in any proposal. Successful Offeror shall have Field Service crews and/or Technicians available to provide labor, equipment, and material to complete traffic signal projects coordinated with City personnel. Successful Offeror shall have Field Service Engineer or Technician to coordinate with City personnel to plan specific traffic signal projects. Successful Offeror shall have Field Service Engineer or Technician assist City personnel with commissioning of new traffic signal equipment.
