Work includes as defined in the Contract Documents all actions, products, documentation, electronic programs, reports, testing, transport, administration, management, services, materials, tools, equipment, and responsibilities to be furnished or performed by the Company under the Contract, together with all other additional necessities that are not specifically recited in the Contract, but can be reasonably inferred as necessary to complete all obligations and fully satisfy the intent of the Contract. All questions must be submitted in writing to the JEA Buyer listed below at least seven (5) business days prior to the opening date. Questions received within seven (5) business days prior to the opening date will not be answered. Starting at the JEA Commonwealth Service Center immediately following the Pre-Bid Meeting.
