Site work for a civil project in Shamrock, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Install approximately 6,900 LF of PVC gravity sanitary sewer line including 22 manholes. Gravity system consists of small diameter line up to 12 inches in diameter. Installation methods include open cut and horizontal directional drilling. Install a new lift station and valve vault with submersible pumps and related electrical improvements, fencing, paving, and approximately 2,000 LF of 4" PVC force main. Alternate bids include a pad mounted generator and a polymer concrete lift station wet well. Contract Time: The Work will be substantially completed within 330 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 360 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated Damages: $1,000 for each calendar day that expires beyond contract time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
