The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the department of Public Works, is soliciting bids for Green Infrastructure Maintenance. The first site is in the Lower Hill at the former Civic Arena tree pits. The second site is Liberty Green in Homewood. The City reserves the right to reject, for any reason, any or all bids if it is in the best interest(s) of the City to do so. Question Submission Deadline June 20, 2023, 5:00pm. All questions shall be submitted via "Q&A" feature on OpenGov. The successful bidder may be required to furnish a performance and/or payment bond with suitable reasonable requirements guaranteeing performance of the contract, with sufficient surety in the amount of one hundred (100) percent of the amount of the contract, within thirty (30) days after the contract has been awarded, unless the Purchasing Officer shall prescribe a shorter period.
