Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lykens, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Consists of installing approximately 17 ADA Curb Ramps. Work under this contract shall include all materials, equipment, supplies, and labor for the construction as shown and specified in the Contract Documents. The project is located in Lykens Borough, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. Not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project. Bidders must comply with all State antibid-rigging regulations pertaining to work associated with this project and will be required to submit an executed non-collusion affidavit with the bid. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder(s) will be required to fully complete all work by September 29, 2023. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. The Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work and to award the contract as may be deemed in the best interest of the Owner. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 6/15/2023 4:00 PM Cost estimate for the project is $51,000 to 110,000 and the construction start date will be approximately four weeks after the award date.
